Note to American AOL customers
AOL in the USA regularily refuses to accept replies from my addresses in the UK and Canada. 
If you care to receive a reply, please include a non-AOL email address in your note. 
You can get free email service from the following:

Yahoo!    Yahoo! USA    MSN    Canoe     Lycos

You have to "look around" at some of these sites for the "free email" thing.

I am sorry that I am unable to reply to AOL addresses in the USA.
This difficulty appears to be unique to AOL in the USA; AOL in the UK and Canada seem to work fine.
