|This is a chocolate layer cake with chocolate mousse between the layers frosted with whipped topping. Real whipped cream is good, but I prefer packaged whipped topping mix because it stands up better in really warm summer weather. This is so easy you probably won't care to print it out.|
Make 1/2 a chocolate cake mix and cool thoroughly in the refrigerator; about 2 hours. Split into two layers. Put chocolate mousse between the layers and frost with whipped topping.
